In every episode of "In Character", a costume designer and a make-up artist create unique looks, then Lex and other performers get transformed on camera without seeing themselves or one another, and then (once revealed) they create characters from the looks on the spot! Once the performers have decided on their characters, they improvise a green screen TV show. Sounds simple enough, right?
